COVID-19 Precautions

COVID-19 Safety  


CBE International is an organization that seeks to be globally diverse, just as the body of Christ is diverse. Therefore, due to this conference being an international event and for your safety, CBE’s 2022 International Conference in Atlanta, GA, will observe recommendations from the CDC, and any decisions made by our host facility—The Westin Atlanta Airport Hotel. 



  • CBE requires confirmation of registrant’s up to date COVID-19 vaccinations, in order to attend this event. In accordance with CDC recommendations, all attendees must be fully vaccinated. A booster dose is not needed to meet this requirement. 


  • Those unable to receive their COVID-19 vaccines will be required to show proof of a negative COVID-19 diagnostic test each day of the event, at the registration table, before attending any sessions. Visit the CDC testing page for testing information and recommendations.  

Free at-home COVID-19 tests: U.S. households have the opportunity for 3 orders, which include 8 tests for each order. Order your tests now so that you have them when you need them!

  • Face-coverings/masks must be worn at all times indoors during this conference except when eating or drinking. Those speaking, singing, or performing to any degree may also choose to remove masks while addressing audiences. 

  • Visit the CDC website to learn more about their masking recommendations for small and large gatherings. 

Those unwilling to comply with these requirements will be asked to leave the event and will not be refunded for their registration. 

Safety Protocols 

  • Meeting-room seating will be arranged to provide optional social distancing.  

  • Hand sanitizer will be available. 

  • CBE is recommending attendees limit close personal contact such as full, close embraces, and handshakes. 

  • CBE urges attendees to monitor their health daily, and anyone experiencing any symptoms of illness or not feeling 100% well to please refrain from attending the event. If this is the case, CBE will extend the refund policy set forth at the time of registration.
